As we all know Farm To Table uses organic and natural ingredients from local producers. Always fresh, appetizing, and plus points for the presentation that compliments the dishes. Each bite never fails to satisfy my taste buds for it bursts with flavours every spoonful. Since the produce from the farm depends on the season, every now and then Farm to Table makes sure that their menu has something new to offer. Down below are the newest dishes added to their Mid-Year Menu: Three kinds of cheeses, fresh and dried herbs, balsamic reduction Mashed camote, honey-mustard sauce Spaghetti, fresh mashed salted egg yolk Local natural lamb simmered in bay leaves, black pepper, atsuete, natural brown sugar, vinegar from Guimaras, rice of choice, cucumber and farmers tomato salsa Natural beef, home made peanut butter, steamed vegetables, bagoong from Balasan, casuy nuts, (good for sharing) Shrimps, fish cutlets, vegetables, (good for 4) Visit Farm to table and enjoy the gastronomical trip as you try their new dishses. Overall, I had a superb dining experience and I'll definitely visit again for some Lamb Adobo and Nose to Tail Kare Kare. Farm to TAble is located at Megaworld Blvd., Iloilo City
